The SiteOrigin Widgets Bundle
1.19.0 introduces a new navigation shortcode to the Layout Slider widget. The new
[slide_control] shortcode allows direct linking to any slide with a link label of your choosing. The below demo shows the shortcode in use, click the Show Slide 1,2,3 link to give it a try.
The SiteOrigin Layout Slider widget can be inserted into any theme widget area at AppearanceWidgets or any post/page using Page Builder by SiteOrigin. If you’re using the Block Editor the Layout Slider widget can be inserted via the SiteOrigin Layout or SiteOrigin Widget block.
[slide_control] shortcode can be inserted into each slide as required and offers the following options:
label: Optional label to use as navigation text.
slide: Which slide to navigate to. Options are:

The slide number is not zero-based. Linking to slide 3 will take the user to the third slide.
Using the Shortcode in a Button Widget
It’s possible to indirectly apply the slide control shortcode in a SiteOrigin Button widget within the Layout Slider. The following Button widget fields are required:
Insert button text as required. For example “Show Slide 1”.
Enter a hash followed by the slide number you’d like to navigate to. For example, to navigate to the first slide, insert
